What Is A Good Work-out Routine At Home That Will Only Take 30 Minutes?
I searched on the internet for a full body work-out I can do at home that will only take 20-30 minutes but I couldn’t find any. If you have any links that would be great. I also have dumbells. Thanks in advance.

This workout got my heart pumping and was very fast. do 3 sets of each. That site has given me the best workouts, and i can do it in little time.
It seems that post christmas everyone has issues with their body, I’ve answered so many of these questions today!
If you really only have 30 minutes a day to work out your improvement will be slow but it is possible to get results. If you can find 45 minutes to an hour and can commit to a really good HARD workout 3 or 4 days a week, then you’ll find you get results much faster.
Watch what you eat, drink more water than soda, get good amounts of rest and try the exercise program I found this guy using. I joined up recently and have lost 4 pounds already which is a great result for me! Whatever you do, take it easy, keep at it and be prepared to work at it as long as it takes!

Do circuit training. That’s where you do many exercises (each for about 30-45 seconds) for 30 minutes. Some exercises include:
-Crunches (& variations)
-Push ups (& variations)
-Jogging in place
-Using dumbbells
-Jogging stairs
-Calf raises
-Wall sits
-Squats
-Frog Jumps
-Jumping Jacks
-Killers
